Mark is a professionally qualified Director, Finance Professional & Executive Coach. He started his 20 year career with Nat West Bank, working in both personal and corporate banking, including an assignment in offshore banking on Guernsey in the Channel Islands. This broad experience concluded in a role as Productivity Consultant working across the South of England helping the Bank to rationalise and optimise its operations.
Mark then moved into industry and worked with both Lockheed Martin and Boeing Defence UK in a number of finance leadership roles, in the UK and the USA. He has worked on many large defence andnin corporate deals, pricing and negotiating contracts >£100m, mergers & acquisitions, with financial responsibility for businesses with annual turnover c.£200m.
Mark’s work as an Executive Coach sees him working with established and emerging business leaders and executives, as they negotiate new roles, transitions, growth and challenges.
