Mike is a deeply experienced and proven C Level Executive who has worked for defence electronics companies for his entire career including Thorn EMI Electronics, Ultra Electronics and Rheinmetall Electronics, where he was responsible for the P&L including both winning and delivering complex defence solutions to clients worldwide.

As a former Managing Director of a £200M PA business, Mike has significant business operational experience, driving efficiency, managing risk and consistently improving the bottom line in troubled businesses.

He also he has a deep understanding of why and how customers buy and how to create and sell complex solutions accordingly. With a strong technical and sales and marketing background Mike can offer advice on how to succeed in winning and delivering high value, complex and challenging defence / military markets worldwide.

In an interim role, Mike can stabilise a business, developing the senior team and setting the operation on a profitable course, while supporting the development of a longer term strategy and vision.

In an international business development role, he is skilled at identifying routes to market, win strategies, price to win and partnering advantage.

Mike brings both a a tactical sales and operations management skill set to Semaphore Global.
