Tom is an experienced business development executive involved in Defence Technology Systems for more than 30 years. Tom is able to successfully grow brand awareness through increased market penetration and new market development, whilst being highly effective in creating, building and nurturing professional business relations to promote products with the collective corporate goal of increasing market share.

Having been part of executive teams and developing and executing Corporate strategies and business relationship skills within world renowned International Aerospace, Defence , Surveillance and Telecommunications entities and several OEMs and Key Accounts within Government and Corporate sectors identifying strategic Route to Market (RTM) strategies.

As a strong strategic planner and implementer, Tom has an extensive International network and has established new business opportunities in challenging environments Internationally, within Africa and the Middle East.
